The Little Black Kitten
Disclaimer :This is not WarBirdBob's site!
For legal reasons we had to take you off  his site to give you this story.
We have included the buttons on the left
so you may return to his site.

Gary saved this little black kitten from certain death.
While on a business trip he noticed it laying lifeless on the sidewalk.
He says he didn't give mouth to mouth but I'm not sure.
So, Gary returned with the little critter.
Gary's family bottle fed and nursed the little guy back to health.
I had hoped WarBirdBob may like to have an apprentice at the hangar to help with his
numerous duties.

One day, when the kitten was feeling better,
Carole brought him by and I tried to introduce him to Bob.
Bob hissed, growled and spat at the kitten.
Upon returning the kitten to Carole I tried to console Bob.
Quickly I removed my bleeding hand from his claws and fangs.
OK Bob, I'm sorry!!
So I was wrong, can't kill a guy for trying.
I think Bob could.

Each morning, I open the hangar doors while Bob rubs against my leg, eagerly anticipating heading out on the ramp to watch the sunrise.
For two days after this incident Bob would growl and hiss at me while I opened the doors.
I'm just now finally able to pet Bob without needing a blood transfusion.
I think he has forgiven me.

To top it off I now receive an e-mail, enclosed below, threatening a Law suit.

There will be no further mention of other cats on Bob's site without my first bribing him with a forbidden treat.

(no treats for Bob, Doctors orders)

I'm sorry Bob.

It'll be OK.

Hey let go!

My greeting the next morning.

October 20th, 2001     From the Law firm of Morris, Morris &
Garfield, P.A.
33 Paws Avenue Key West, Florida     To Whom It
May Concern:   Our client, Warbird Bob, wishes to inform you that the web
site should only contain pictures of him and the mechanics.  Unless you
plan on building a separate hangar for Little Black Kitten, Bob does not wish
to see him on his web site.     We would like to cite case law
Garfield v. Nermel, Fourth District Court, Southern Second, 98-33212.
That no kitten shall impose on a cat's domain without written permission from
said cat.  The Court further upheld that the cat had every right to get
upset about this and bite whoever is responsible.   Please do not force
Bob to take legal action to keep Little Black Kitten off his web site.
Thank you.
